Red Wagon Goats - address will be emailed day of event
Red Wagon Goats, Stone Mountain, GA 30088
Community: Buckhead
Description
Come hang out with the mama and baby goats on our homestead, and explore your own mind-body connection, in a fun, gentle 45-minute yoga practice appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
Event Details
12:00 pm | Orientation (we will email the exact address and a liability waiver before the event)
12:10 pm | Goat Yoga This will be a gentle, mostly seated class appropriate for most ages and fitness levels. We will breath in fresh air and commune with goats while practicing together.
This class may not be appropriate for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, back injury, bruises easily, or any other health condition that may be aggravated by interaction with animals (the babies do occasionally jump on people!)
1:00 pm | Goat Selfies, Q&A, and Snuggles We'll give you treats to give the goats and you are welcome to post photos with them. Our babies are all hand-raised and love hoomans.
Considerations and what to bring:
The address will be emailed the morning of the event. Please help us be considerate of our new neighbors and the environment by carpooling to class, and please respect our privacy and set up time by not arriving before class time.
Sun screen, natural bug spray, water bottle.
We recommend wearing clothing that breaths well, moves with you, and that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
Yoga mat, a towel you don't mind getting dirty for under the mat (if you want to keep your mat off the ground), and a sweat towel if you'd like. If you don't have a yoga mat, a beach towel will work fine.
Printed/signed consent waiver (guardians will need to sign one for children). In lieu of printing the waiver, you may also email us at redwagongoats@gmail.com, saying "I have read the yoga consent waiver and agree to all terms.
"
Kids of all ages are welcome, but we ask that during the yoga session they remain seated on their (or their guardian's) mat and not chase the goats so that other attendees (and the goats) can enjoy the experience.
An open mind an a sense of humor!
