Guests to Celebrate a Rare By-the-Glass Pour of Cult-Favorite 2018 Ultramarine Sparkling Rosé and Bites from Chef Gerry Klaskala

On Thursday, April 3, Aria welcomes renowned California sparkling winemaker Michael Cruse of Cruse Wine Co. for a rare evening of bubbles and bites starting at 8 p.m. Guests are invited to gather in the bar and lounge to sip the coveted 2018 Ultramarine sparkling rosé by the glass—an very limited opportunity—and enjoy a special nosh from Aria executive chef Gerry Klaskala. Cruse will be on hand to share what makes these wines so special.
Tickets are limited and are available for $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity) via Resy. Since Ultramarine is highly allocated, only one five-ounce glass is guaranteed per guest.
Additional late-night by-the-glass pours from Cruse Wine Co. will be available for purchase, alongside Aria’s full à la carte dinner menu. Those offerings include:
• Rosé Champagne – Laherte Fréres, Rosé de Meunier, Extra Brut MV
• Cruse Wine Co. “Tradition” Bubbles, 2020 Base
• Cruse Wine Co. Sparkling St. Laurent, 2022
