The menu at Craft is straightforward and celebrates the very best local and artisanal ingredients prepared simply and executed to perfection. The dishes feature impeccably-sourced, regional seafood, meats and vegetables, and showcase them without heavy sauces or complicated presentations, but instead allow them to stand on their own.
