Kick off the evening with a free Barre3 class that combines strength, mindfulness, and movement, followed by a relaxing sound bath. This event is a perfect opportunity to experience Pause East Cobb's modern, science-backed approach to wellness, explore exclusive pop-up offerings, and sign up for memberships and packages ahead of the grand opening.
