Omakase Table chef Leonard Yu invites guests to an extraordinary evening as he hosts a collaboration dinner featuring Japan’s award-winning Nikka Distillery. Launched in 1940, Nikka sets the global standard for Japanese whisky and spirits, consistently meeting the growing demand for high-quality, meticulously crafted beverages. This special event showcases the best of Nikka’s offerings in a unique dining experience.
Chef Yu has curated an omakase-inspired menu, expertly paired with a variety of Nikka’s finest expressions and innovative fusions. Kosuke Yoshimura, Nikka's global director, will guide guests through this one-night-only dinner experience. Among the pairings from Nikka’s brand library are a Nikka Coffey Gin cocktail, Nikka Days cocktail and a nigiri flight with Nikka Coffey Grain, Nikka Coffey Malt and Nikka From The Barrel. The final pairing is a Takesuru Pure Malt cocktail.
Two seatings are available at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The cost is $185 per person for the dinner with the optional Nikka drink pairing for $135. Prices exclude tax and service. Reservations can be made via Resy.
