As the most recent addition to the True Story Brands group, Biltong Bar is the first restaurant of its kind in the US, specializing in South African street food. Situated in the Central Food Hall of Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Biltong Bar features all-natural, dry, aged beef jerky, otherwise known as biltong, in addition to a variety of specialty small plates and street food. The restaurant also boasts a signature craft cocktail program as well as a distinctive selection of South African wines and beer.
