Description
The Fund raises money to make grants to aging programs and service providers who bring vital services to older adults. Examples include home-delivered meals, transportation, home repairs and modifications, adult day care, Alzheimers and caregiver respite, health and wellness and programs that support the dignity and respect of those who came before us.
