3-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner at Boone’s

Wine, dine and get cozy with the ones you love at Boone’s at Bobby Jones Golf Course this Valentine’s Day. In addition to their signature and seasonal offerings, Executive Chef Jason Stern is serving a special three-course, prix fixe menu for $90 beginning Wednesday, February 14th to Sunday, February 18th. With an easygoing, clubhouse-inspired atmosphere, diners are invited to sit back and relax and start their meal with spinach artichoke dip or a scallop, carrot puree, shaved fennel and pistachio appetizer, or opt for the choice of a salad or soup. Known for their pasta dishes and new American cuisine, mains include butternut squash agnolotti; steak and potatoes; and scallops with Carolina Gold Rice Grits, baby shrimp and pickled jalapeños. Finally, guests can end the evening on a sweet note with Boone’s blueberry crumble dessert. The Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner is $90 per person plus tax and gratuity.
