‘Summer Place’ Menu & Pairings
Reception:
Charcuterie & Fromage: Delectable selection of international and local meat & cheeses, seasonal fruits, imported nuts, local jams, assorted breads and crackers.
Mini Sandwiches: lemon tarragon chicken salad, smoked salmon with dill cream cheese, truffle egg salad, spicy hummus cucumber, vegetable skewers.
Pairing: Porto Tonico Cocktail
First Course:
Southern Summer Shrimp Skewer: Jumbo shrimp skewer with butternut squash, heirloom tomato, coriander and lime, nestled on a bed of corn relish and spicy watermelon tomato gazpacho.
Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Reserve
Second Course:
Seared Georgia Peach & Pork Belly: Braised maple belly with seared peaches, whipped goat cheese and topped with smoky bacon jam.
Pairing: Aglianico 2022 Finger Print Collection
Third Course:
Tenderloin of Beef & Grilled Lobster Tail: BBQ bourbon demi glaze, Cajun crawfish cream sauce, grilled andouille sausage. Served with corn pudding and collard greens.

Banana Pudding Cheesecake: Bourbon glaze, candied pecans.
