Their journey took them through the heart of Oaxaca, where they partnered with maestro mezcalero Juan Pacheco to perfect the art of distillation using decades-old wild agave. The result? Guests will start the evening with a welcome cocktail, followed by tastings of three distinct mezcal expressions, each paired with light bites by acclaimed Chef and Owner Arnaldo Castillo that perfectly complement the smoky spirit.
