Perfect for those embracing Dry January or simply exploring the art of non-alcoholic beverages, this laid-back evening is all about mastering the tangy, herbaceous world of shrubs—those versatile mixers that elevate any drink. Guests will learn the secrets to crafting shrubs from scratch, dive into creative flavor pairings like Strawberry & Basil or Date & Coriander, and discover how to incorporate these bold infusions into delicious low and no-alcohol cocktails. Light bites will be provided, and for those craving more, Sweet Auburn Barbecue's full menu will be available after the class.
