Special guest Diego Loret de Mola, owner of BarSol Pisco, will guide guests through the history, production, and nuances of this revered brandy, offering an intimate look at the spirit’s deep roots in Southern Peru. Each course will highlight pisco’s distinct characteristics, with Tio Lucho’s kitchen showcasing Southern Peruvian cuisine—the birthplace of the spirit—through a unique tasting menu designed by executive chef Arnoldo Castillo to complement and enhance the nuances of pisco.
