First up, Tiradito made fresh on the spot, followed by a main course featuring chef’s choice of preparation—grilled, fried, or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Guests will be welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine, with the full bar open for additional sips and the dinner menu available for those looking to explore more Peruvian-inspired flavors.
