Proudly serving Atlantans for over 20 years, the BeltLine establishment invites tequila lovers to spice up their weekday plans on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Todd Rushing, Concentrics Restaurants partner and resident tequila expert will host a tasting with award-winning CaliFino Tequila. The tasting kicks off with a cocktail, followed by four meticulously crafted tequilas, each offering a unique expression of CaliFino’s heritage. The Blanco, crisp and unaged, delivers fresh herbal notes, sweet vanilla, and a smooth citrus finish. The Reposado, aged 12 months in American oak, brings more warm spice and honeyed vanilla. The Añejo, aged up to 36 months, offers deep flavors of baked agave, toasted almond, and oak. Last but not least, the Extra Añejo, aged seven years with an extra year in French Cognac barrels, unfolds layers of caramel, chocolate, and toasted wood. Thoughtfully paired small bites will accompany each pour, enhancing the complex flavors of the tequila.
