On Monday, April 14, 2025, Sweet Auburn BBQ is partnering with Neighborhood Supper Club, a community-driven dining series that highlights Atlanta’s most innovative chefs, to host the Asian Deli Pop-Up Dinner—a one-night-only event showcasing the creative fusion of Dank’s Deli and Salty Smiles. The evening’s collaborative menu brings unexpected twists to deli-style comfort food, featuring Sweet Auburn BBQ’s signature house-smoked meats alongside bold Asian flavors. Highlights include the Brisket Kimchi Reuben, made with Sweet Auburn’s slow-smoked brisket, kimchi, and cheese on a Leftie Lees milk bun, and the BBQ Pork Noodles, combining Sweet Auburn’s pulled pork with rice noodles, pickled papaya, and a signature chili crisp Dank Mayo sauce. Other offerings include the Spice Bag Chicken Sammie, a mochiko-fried chicken sandwich with house-made sauces and seasonings, and the Butterfly Pea Mixed Rice, a vibrant dish with pickled papaya, crispy shallots, snake beans, and coconut. Sides such as Kale Peanut Salad and Corn Pudding will be available, along with the Strawberry Pandan Pie for dessert. In addition to the limited-time pop-up menu, Sweet Auburn BBQ’s full selection of barbecue classics will be served throughout the evening.
