Across the Street

Permanently Closed.. Back when we moved to Atlanta, Lana and I were eating Mexican food three times a week or more in an ongoing search for the one place both of us could enjoy. Lana and Ali She's a vegetarian and I'm not, but we both love great Margaritas, chips, salsa, a patio and good food.

Then we saw the former Roman Lily space in the Old Fourth Ward up for grabs and we jumped on it.

The result is the place we were looking for, with an atmosphere of funky art, easy going people, a great menu everyone can enjoy and, yes, a killer patio right on Freedom Park.

Both of us have owned restaurants before, as well as a wine shop, coffee house and antiques business, as you'll be able to tell from the decor and the Market next door.

A lot of our customers have become good friends. You can meet them at the bar or over in the patio.

Please stop by for a Margarita, chips and salsa and be sure to introduce yourself. We'd love to have you in our circle of friends.
