High Road Craft Ice Cream

We make our product like no one else. Our chefs make all of the inclusions (the cookies, the brownies, the candied nuts, yes, all of that) and the variegates (the caramels, the chocolate swirls, the liquid chocolate chip, the jams and fruit preserves) for an unparalleled culinary experience. We slow vat-pasteurize our high butterfat custard mix, too — essentially, we make it like great pastry chefs make custard — lots of cream, fresh regional milk (not that reconstituted stuff) plenty of egg yolks, just enough sugar, and a pinch of salt.
