Independent Distilling Co. was founded by two partners who share a passion for fine spirits and the pleasure of sharing them with friends and family. After spending countless hours learning, planning, and persevering we are pleased to finally be on the path to bringing regional products back to the market after a long absence and reviving the heritage of finely crafted spirits created with local ingredients.

We plan to focus predominately on whiskey and rum but also plan to experiment with some of our state's rich agricultural resources.
