Chef Miguelle is originally from the Dominican Republic, and has 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He graduated with a certificate in gastronomy from Johnson and Wales University, and also studied hotel administration at Caribe University.
Miguelle began his career as a cook and then chef at Casa de Campo, a five-star resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
