Description
il Giallo (pronounced il-JAH-lo) is a partnership between Chef Jamie Adams and Leonardo Moura and their goal is to transport you to a little piece of Italy.
While il Giallo means both “Yellow” and “Mystery” in Italian, yellow, the color of the yolk, the sun and the grains, it represents il Giallo’s wholesomeness; the ingredients used are responsibly sourced, fresh and flavorful. Mystery represents the new, different and exciting flavors and aromas found throughout the constantly evolving il Giallo menu.
We strive to accurately represent the foods and flavors found in the towns and villages along Italy’s Coastal regions, the freshest imaginable hand-made pastas found in the mountains and plains and lest we forget, the bounty of cured meats, cheeses and olive oils from north to south.
We want il Giallo to become an extension of your home by providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where you want to spend time with friends and family and experience our true hospitality.
The art of pasta making is on full display at il Giallo, where Chef and Co-Owner Jamie Adams and his culinary team produce fresh pasta for all to see on a large wooden table in front of the kitchen. The pastas are made from scratch during each service and our guests can see the fresh noodles such as tagliatelle and pappardelle rolled and cut, as well as several raviolis, including Chef Jamie’s illustrious Agnolotti with brown butter, sage and pecans, as seen on the Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever
